What do I receive when booking Content Creation?

We will share a Google Drive folder with you containing all your wedding content. In your wedding gallery there will be folders that organises your content by moments throughout your day. Typically that means a folder for: getting ready, pre-ceremony, ceremony, bridal party/family photos, sunset photos, speeches, etc. This will depend on the package you book as to what is included here.

When you first receive all your content it will feel like a lot of footage! We recommend looking at your ‘Reels’ folder first as these are edited showing all the highlights and have been tailored to your wedding based on shots you have requested.

Each wedding is slightly different depending on any special moments you would like captured.

Wedding Content Creation FAQ

All footage is filmed on an iPhone 15 pro max, and is captured using a DJI Osmo Mobile 6 Gimbal, this gets smooth video footage without any shakes!

All content is filmed using quality and well looked after equipment, footage will be captured from the best possible positions for both audio and video. Please note a Content Creator does not replace a Videographer.

The videos are filmed and edited in vertical format for social media, in comparison to videographers who typically film in a horizontal format. Short video snippets varying from 20 – 60 seconds are captured, and sections of all the best moments will be chosen to create your social media reels.

You will be receive a link to your Google Drive folder via email the day after your wedding. This link will take you to a Google Drive album containing all your wedding folders. You will be able to begin viewing and downloading your wedding content the day after your wedding! All content including the edited reels will be fully uploaded within one week of your wedding, These usually are uploaded in order of your day, so if you want to watch anything back the morning after your wedding start with file 1, which might be ‘pre-ceremony’ or if you booked the Lux Package it will be ‘getting ready’.

You can save directly to your chosen device, we advise downloading to your phone as this is likely where you will upload from to your socials. It is always good to keep a second copy somewhere as well so jumping on to your laptop and saving to hard drive is best practice too.

You have three months to download all your content. We will send a reminder before removing your file so don’t stress about forgetting!

Once everything has been uploaded, we will send you another email with further information covering all of the following:

  • How to access and use your content
  • Information you need to know about sharing and downloading your content
  • How music for your reels works on different apps and suggestions
  • When and how to download your content

We will send you a document with questions to answer, about what you would like captured, what style you’re looking for, and who else is a part of your media team.
