Dan’s favourite thing about performing at Weddings is making sure everyone has a great time; at all times. Whether it is helping to build good vibes and anticipation before the ceremony or helping with the transition into the reception and dance floor, Dan is all about bringing the appropriate energy to each and every moment.
Dan has been performing around Perth and Western Australia for the last 15 years in different formats. He is an accomplished guitarist, having been nominated for WAM’s Guitarist of the Year award in 2022, Best Jazz Act in 2023, and winning best Guitarist in 2025. Dan graduated from WAAPA with a Jazz Performance (Honours) Degree. Since then he has released his debut jazz album ‘East of the West,’ recorded on other albums with groups like Helen Townsend and the Wayward Hearts, The Gemma Farrell Quintet and Mace Francis Orchestra.
