To make a booking, please make an enquiry by clicking the “enquire now” button on our website and providing as much information as possible. If you are after a specific act or acts, please let us know in the enquiry form. We will send through a quote for either the act you mentioned or the pricing for all available acts for your consideration. To book one of our acts, we require you to accept our quote, sign our contract and pay a booking fee to lock in the date. The remaining balance will be due one month before the wedding. Once these steps have been made, the date will be all locked in and we will send through documents to complete and the next steps to bring your wedding music vision to life!
No! Our acts arrive before their scheduled performance time to set up and prepare everything in advance. We will create a runsheet with you before the big day to ensure our acts arrive at the appropriate time to ensure everything is seamless.

Yes! This is our specialty at Wedding Music Perth and all our packages include one special request. Let us know the song you are thinking and our act will perform it live at your wedding. We also offer additional special requests and demo recordings available as add-ons to purchase if required.
We ask for our music document to be completed at least three months before the wedding to provide adequate time for them to learn your special request(s) and prepare all the music for your special day. We know how important this big day is to you and we ask for this time to provide you with a premium musical experience.
Yes, many of our acts travel outside of Perth! For weddings in Western Australia, our acts generally charge additional fees if the wedding is more than an hour from their primary residence in Perth. When you enquire, please list the venue/location and we will factor in travel when quoting and send you an all-inclusive quote for your consideration.
Wedding Music Perth supply all our own equipment so we don’t need you to supply anything for us at all. Sit back and relax knowing that all your musical needs are being sorted by professionals. If booking one of our live musicians, they will supply a battery powered PA system so they can perform anywhere. If booking one of our DJ/MCs or all-in-one acts, they will provide powered PA systems featuring column speakers with subs, a DJ booth, DJ controller, dance floor lighting, a wireless microphone for speeches and MCing. Wedding Music Perth is a premium brand and all our acts provide excellent quality equipment.
Wedding Music Perth is a boutique brand offering a limited number of high quality acts who are highly sought after. Therefore, we recommend reaching out as early as possible to secure your date. We generally book dates 1-2 years in advance.
Yes! We send a music doc where you can include “must play” songs, songs to “play if there’s time” and “don’t play” songs. You can also list your favourite artists, genres, decades and other information. Our act will take this information and read the room to ensure the dance floor stays full all night. They can also take requests on the night if you would like them to.
Yes! If booking one of our larger packages e.g. the Full Day Live Music/DJ/MC package, our act will bring multiple PA systems. Generally they will bring a battery powered system for the ceremony and a powered PA system for the reception.
